From early June through mid-November, we arise very early on Saturday morning, recite the Daily Office, and then head out to the garden to harvest greens and other vegetables, flowers, and eggs for the local Brewster farmers market

The market runs from 9am-2pm each Saturday and Wednesday, but because our farm is small, we typically only attend the Saturday market.

At our stand, you're likely to find mixed salad greens, kale, chard, collard greens, mustard greens, string beans, herbs, cabbages, garlic and carrots.  The produce selection changes through the season, as crops become ripe and then eventually disappear from the garden.  We also sell our maple syrup, jellies, and eggs.  We make the maple syrup ourselves, from the 300 maple trees on our farm.  Did you know it takes 40 gallons of sap to make one gallon of syrup!  But it's so, so worth it.

We enjoy the chance to interact with other folks who care about where their food comes from, who are striving to eat healthier, to shop locally, and to support small farms.  We often bring a recipe or two, and are happy to give tips on preparing the foods we sell.
