During the summer, the Melrose Convent and Bluestone Farm holds a month-long Intern Program for young women, focused on spirituality, sustainability, and community.

• Study:  spirituality, the new cosmology, environmental issues
• Opus Dei:  the Divine Office and daily Eucharist
• Work: gardening, caring for animals (chickens, ducks, bees)
• Prayer:  individual spiritual direction, private prayer or meditation 
• Rest and Recreation:  art, music, hikes, field-trips, common meals
